We see a lot of reactive skin: acne, rosacea, stress-affected skin that hasn't settled with the naturopath, the dermatologist, the peels or the lasers. Often we're the last stop, and it's usually where things start to change, because treatment adjusts to what your skin is doing, not a fixed protocol.

Natalie Gibson
Twenty-five years as a skin therapist, working across wellness centres around the world. I've trained other therapists as an educator within the industry, hold advanced qualifications in facial sculpting, and have studied natural medicine and nutrition alongside clinical skin therapy
I became a mother at 41, after being told in my twenties that I probably never would. It changed everything about how I wanted to work. Running Sol Spa seven days a week across five treatment rooms, with all the overheads that come with that, just didn't make sense anymore alongside a new baby. So I closed that chapter and built something smaller and more considered instead.
My own skin has flared for most of my life. Eczema as a child, acne through my teens and into adulthood, and again postpartum. It's taught me that skin is rarely just skin, it's tissue, the same as the lining of your gut, and it's often one of the first places your body shows you something else is going on. That's the lens I bring into every treatment room.
I work with two kinds of clients most often. Women who want to age well naturally, and reactive skin that's tried everything else: acne, rosacea, stress-affected skin that just won't settle. Both need the same thing, a plan rather than a quick fix. Most clients are with me for six to twelve months, working toward their goal skin.
